What is the processing time for my order?
All orders placed before 2 PM GMT are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, London Lash ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for lash products?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened liquids, adhesives, or used lashes.
How should I store my lash adhesive?
For maximum shelf life, store your adhesive in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container with silica gel. Avoid refrigeration once the bottle has been opened.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All London Lash products, including our synthetic mink and silk lashes, are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
